The Printer Utility Software presents a dialog box that says:

"Error code B200 has occurred. Contact the service center."

Where can I take or send the printer for service?

The printer fell out of the box and it had an error code.

The problem is that when I tried to trouble shot the error message, I accidently took out the decoder strip.

I disassembled the printer but I'm having trouble placing back the decoder strip along with the print head assembly.
