When i put new film into my camera it doesn’t load, i don’t get the count up, the film just rewinds the whole reel into its canister.

The scree is gray as well as the light meter on the inside it just lights up green whats wrong?

I brought new Panasonic lithium CR123A batteries and fixed in Canon EOS RebelG. Even though they are new batteries it showing battery Low. WHY? i am using those camera after a long time. May be that's the problem..?? Help me what to do.. Thanku
