Canon ELPH 360 HS: No power at all.

Camera does not power up. I have 3 batteries and all are charged and tested to be working....Any suggestions?

camera takes pictures but they are fuzzy. when you look at the camera the lens looks cracked maybe?

When I hit the power button, I get the following message: A camera error was detected. Will shut down automatically. Restart camera. E36

Canon ELPH 360 HS: Lens won’t retract.

Hi...I dropped my camera on a carpeted floor while the lens was out and now it won’t retract. I keep getting an error message that says, “Lens error. Will shut down automatically. Restart camera.” I have tried several times to turn the camera on but keep getting the same message. Even tried the advice from someone I found online who suggested holding shutter for 60 seconds, take battery out for 5 minutes, then put battery back in and turn on. Nothing. Can you offer up any advice.
