My charger fits loosely and jiggles around in the charging port. It will only work when it is in at certain angles. Does this mean that the charging port should be replaced.

here is my problem my camera dropped and now I hear like some motor is stuck inside where lense is. The camera wont turn off unless I remove battery but when I place battery in I can turn on and the stuck motor start again. How cn I take appart the cover around lense to see what is going on?

I took my camcorder outside and it stared raining. Now whenever I use my camera the lens is foggy and I'm not able to see clearly on the device. Did me taking my camera outside permanently damage my camera? If not how can I fix this problem?

Canon Vixia HF R500: Canon Vixia HF R500 is recording footage with a purple tint

I’m not entirely sure what to at this point, or what troubleshooting steps need to be taken past what I have done so far. Despite everything I’ve tested, my device has been recording in purple, and I cannot figure out why.

I’ve tried factory resetting the device, changing SD cards, swapping the battery, and even plugging my camera into an external monitor to ensure that this wasn’t an issue with the built in display itself. So far I cannot come up with an answer for why this device has decided to record in purple.

Any theroy’s or answers would be much appreciated.

I forgot to add I did search Google to see if anyone else had this issue with this specific product. While I have not found anything involving this product specifically, I did see that other cameras have had this issue when their night vision mode is on, although I don't believe that this camera has any such mode that would be on even after a factory reset.

Canon Camcorder Vixia HF S10: Focus is not stable

The auto focus isn’t stable. the camera keeps “seeking” to focus. It even happens with manual focus turned on, and instant focus, face detection and image stabilization turned off.

I cant figure out what is causing it. it is happening on both my hf s10 cameras now.

Canon Camcorder Vixia HF S10: My camera makes a tikking buzzing sound and the sreen is black

It was always working fine, but didn’t use it for about 6 months.

It only acts normal when i just jut the right button on the lcd screen. Then it closes the lens, makes no noise, and i can just review my recordings. But once i turn it in shooting mode it starts ticking and buzzing and the lens seems to be flickering. What should I do?
