iFixit - Active Questions With Device "Cable Modem"

Cable Modem: Motorola MB8600 Only has a light on the bottom (Ethernet)

I have so far rebooted and reset in all ways that I could.

I am able to log into the admin console it gives me the following errors:

CMSTATUS:US_ Diplexer_Mode_Change:Fixed lnitial, 5-42MHz.

SYNC-Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing(MAC Address Here):M-OOS=1.1:CM-VER=3.1

Trying to see if this is in fact something that I can fix or if it's not worth my time -- either way I appreciate anyone's input

I dont know what happened but the LOS is not showing any light

Is there any way to fix a coax port that was ripped out of a modem? It is a spectrum modem, and I’m really not trying to pay $110..!
