Cabasse swell: How to disassemble it?

I am looking for a tutorial on how to disassemble the Cabasse "Swell" portable speaker as I have encountered a problem with the DC power socket.

It seems that the plastic rings can be unclipped to allow, after peeling off the rubber strip under the speaker, to remove the two grids and access the interior of the speaker.

I don't want to test this on my speaker as it's brand new and still under warranty, but if anyone has this speaker out of warranty and wants to open it for any repair, I'd love to see photos of this disassembly!
