CMT-CP1: How do I adjust the speed of the cassette deck?

My cassettes are playing somewhat fast. No matter what cassette I play it always sounds a little bit fast.

CMT-CP1: Why does my CD player keep saying that there is no disc for every CD

Everytime I try to play a CD, it says no disk, no matter the CD. Tape works fine as does everything else.

CMT-CP1: Why does the CD tray keep opening and closing?

It constantly closes and opens until I play a tape then it stops. Ive tried playing CDs and all it does is scratch it up

So when i put in a CD then close it in any way (so just pushing it,clicking the play button etc.) then it just takes it and then opens once again and i honestly have no idea what's wrong.
