I have a 2001 Buick park avenue and the check engine light refuses to go off no matter what I do sometimes it goes off until I turn the car off and back on then it comes back on I need to get it emissioned but can't with the check engine light on PLEASE HELP

A couple days ago my 99 Buick century suddenly started sputtering, backfiring and most the time will accelerate hard on its own while backing up, or pulling off from stop. Its cut off a couple times now at red lights. My brakes suddenly became hard to push in as well and is becoming harder and harder to stop. I know the two probably aren't connected, but can someone please tell me what it may be? Thanks!

I'm needing to replace everything for my door handles, including the door handles themselves and the mechanism inside the door. Can someone post a how-to please? I've looked everywhere on YouTube and Google videos, still can't find a repair/replace for this specific issue. Also please include all parts I'll need to buy to get the job done. Thanks!

I just discovered this evening that my rear lights do not work. My brake lights work when I activate the brakes but when my foot comes off the brake pedal all the back lights are off. I've checked all the fuses. I've checked some relays you can't seem to find any reason why the lights won't function

Automatic headlights blink on and off when in Park Stay on when shifted to Drive or when I turn headlight switch on.

What could be the cause ?

My mother in law bought a used Buick Lucerne 2006 a few months ago. The ac works great, the fan runs good at full strength, but I can’t get any heat except for the drivers side vent and it’s not much.
what I’ve done so far is

checked coolant level, replaced thermostat, flushed the heater core, verified actuators move each change, bled air from the system, and flushed entire coolant system.
Both hoses on the heater core are hot, but only the driver side is even warm. What’s happening here!?
Also I’ve been having to add a little antifreeze each time I test it, but I’m not getting drips or anything like it’s leaking out
