I took the cover off to clean the machine. I taped the screws to where they go however this part came off and I have no idea where it goes!

Brother XR-40: Motor Drive Belt Replacement Help

I have the correct new motor drive belt #130944-001 and have the back cover off. It looks like I need to remove the front cover but it is not obvious how to do it. Any pointers on the best way to remove and replace the drive belt would be greatly appreciated. I don’t want to tear it open any more than necessary.
