My LCD screen is shown blank without any single word display on the screen, it still can print if the printer network can be set to proper wifi id. But, in this case the LCD screen is blank and showing nothing, so i can not set to any wifi id at all.

Please help me on how to fix this or where to buy that LCS screen to replace that broken one???

The plug is ok. Power supply? One suggestion was to unplug it for 5 mins and then plug it back in with the on button held down. That didn't work. Other ideas or how to replace power supply problems.

All documents copied have white line through the text on the right side--the printing fades so much that it is almost illegible. Whereas all printed documents are crisp and clear.

Brother Printer MFC-6490CW: I plugged in the printer in the UK, without a power-transformer.

It made a loud-ish POP noise and weird, heavy smoke came out from underneath, like a puddle. It's probably unfixable, but I'll give it free to anyone willing to try!

It cost me nearly £300 and I could have wept when it happened, after I realised about needing a transformer, etc...

Brother Printer MFC-6490CW: When trying to fax pages

When it starts to fax it goes about 4-5 pages I get message "out of memory/poor line condition" and it doesn't continue faxing. What do You do in this case. I don't know where to go for out of memory, there is nothing in the user's guide that answers my dilemma. Please help.

I placed all envelope in rear tray to print and took it in but did not print or exit I then placed an business size envelope in rear tray and it also disappeared giving a paper jam error I've looked in all accessible places but cannot see any jam and brother tell me it's two months out of warranty

The printer comes on as if to print but the paper is mostly blank when it comes out. The light carriage does not move back and forth.

Ink only fluent after a power clean in the maintenance mode.

First print have mixed inks, after 4 prints the color ink flow clean.

After those prints I made a ink test, the final result was,..
