I understand that on the newer model you can go into maintenance mode and there is a code for checking operation if the sensors. Is this available on the MFC J 6510DW.

Sides anyone else have any bright ideas?

It only print the first page of word document. need to place another bond paper in a tray for the next page. if a document to be printed is 5 page, it only print frist page but it comes out with the other bond paper which were all blank.
