Therefore I can not update them. Tried to reset the case using the Bluetooth button but the earbuds flash only once. When opening the case both the lights on the case and the lights on the earbuds do not work. When charging the lights out of the five on the case flash(1st, 3rd, 5th,). After a while only the first light starts flashing as if the case is charging but after a few hours only the first light is on. When unplugging and then replunging the case to the power source the same cycle happens 3 lights flash and after some time only the first light flashes(as if the case is charging). Any ides on what is this problem about will be well appreciated!
