Bose SoundTouch Portable: SoundTouch Portable won't turn on. New battery.

I recently purchased a non-working SoundTouch portable. The seller thought it was just the battery, but that does not seem to be the case.

I have tried hard resets but am not having any luck.

Bose Support has stated they can fix it for me for $99 if I send it to them. I’d like to see if there are things I can do before sending.

Bose SoundTouch Portable: Bose Sound touch portable replacement keypad

Hey guys! I've been looking all over the net for a replacement keypad for my bose soundtouch portable. It was pretty simple to pull it apart and remove the old keypad. Any help available to find a replacement would be much appreciated :)

Bose SoundTouch Portable: Why is the sound cutting out?

Two years ago we added a Bose sound bar to our already existing portable sound touch 412540. For over a year it worked fine. The reoccurring issue now (and for at least 6 months), is that the sound cuts in and out. Even if I choose to listen to only 1 source…the sound still cuts out. It’s worst when I select “play all” speakers/devices.
