Have a set of soundsport model 423729 earbuds. Get 5 lights on solid on case and both lights on solid white inside. earbuds when taken out of case give NO lights. TRied holding down left bud button then held don any button on right to try to wake up.Nothing . . Help

I have made custom earbuds for my Bose Soundsport Free wireless and they do not fit into the charging case.

I want to check if it is possible to remove some material in the for the custom made earbuds without interfering with battery or functions by the case itself.

My left earbud easily magnetically connects and charges within its casing, but now the right earbud magnetically connects and but no charge occurs. The only way to get a charge is to apply pressure to the earbud. Ive cleaned the ports and troubleshooted the wires but no luck.

There is ear wax in the mesh, causing the sound to be quiet and muffled. I tried brushing it out with cotton swabs, a toothbrush, and hydrogen peroxide

I would like guidance to replace the earbud battery. The earbuds no longer have a light when they are removed from the case. I assume that this means that the earbud battery is dead? Could there be other causes for this?

The connections in the charger and on the non-charging earbud are all clean and identical looking to the earbud that works. Neither the charging case, nor the non-charging earbud have been dropped or otherwise "mistreated" or damaged or subjected to water or anything else out of the ordinary.
