I substitute the Bose SoundSport for my device as I can’t find it on the list.

My Sony Wireless Stereo Headset MDR-XB50BS had a broken wire on the right ear. Can this be fixed and if it can be fixed then how much it would cost?

Bose SoundSport: Can I cut the left ear-piece off? Bose SoundSport.

Can I cut the left ear-piece off? Bose SoundSport.

I know I will lose the left side audio channel. I normally only listen to podcasts with the right-side earpiece anyway. The wire sheath has ripped and been repaired too many times. Now the left stopped working, and I can do without it (for my purposes).

I assume the batteries are stored in each side for each earpiece independently.

I would cut off everything left of the volume control plastic housing.

Any help will be appreciated.

Bose SoundSport: Hypergear Magbuds won't turn on

I have had a pair of Bluetooth Hypergear Magbuds for a year or so now with minimal use, ( they didn’t have it as an option to choose but the ones above have a similar design to the Hypergear Magbuds) and they were at 100%, but after I turned them off to save battery, they have had no sign of turning back on. Usually, when charged, it flashes red and then blue when it’s done. When using it flashes blue. But now, it doesn't even flash red when I attempted to charge them and won't turn on no matter which button I press or hold down. Any help, please?

Also, after reviewing the instruction manual for the Hypergear Magbuds it says if it won’t turn on, charge it. I charged it over a day and they still will not turn on.

The speakers will charge (red light comes on during charging phase), but the unit will not turn on. Seems to be the power button (it still clicks but there is no response by the speakers). 1) is this common? 2) is it possible to fix the power button? 3) how much does Bose usually charge for this?
