Bose S1 Pro: Pink light on and doesn’t connect to Bluetooth

Why does the red light turn pink and does not go off even when power is switched off? Also all 3 channel lights come on together and the Bluetooth doesn’t get connected.

Bose S1 Pro: Bass has gone out. I only have treble when using bluetooth.

The bass on my Bose S1 Pro+ has stopped working. When using Bluetooth, I only hear treble. I had the speaker volume turned up high, but the phone volume was low. Now, the bass is completely gone. What can I do to fix this?
