Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II: One side stops working randomly

Right side stops working randomly. Sometimes if I knock on it, the sound will come back and stay, and sometimes it just won't work. Can this be repaired?

Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II: Bluetooth LED remains on even when powered off, drains battery.

As per title, the Bluetooth led remains on at all times, draining the battery. No other issues, bluetooth still works.

Any suggestions? I was thinking of simply desoldering the LED, but I'm not sure if the bluetooth reciever is remaining on, or just the LED...

Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II: My noise cancellation is making a high pitched noise

Hello, I recently changed the battery of my headphones. Ever since then, my headphones have been playing this high pitched noise that only disappears when I turn off ANC. I think I messed up my battery repair by getting something too hot and I would like to know what part I would need to replace to get rid of this noise. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

My headphones are not turning on. They're getting charged (I can see the lights when plugged in). Sometimes (like 1 out of 15 times) they do turn on, but then switch off just when I move. It's looking like some loose wire behaviour (not sure though). How do I confirm and how do I fix it?

A few months ago, my headphones started to turn itself on when it was in the off position. As a quick fix, I'd set it to the on position, then turn it back off. This would work for a few minutes before turning itself on again. I wasn't having it, so I just let the battery drain and not use it.

I tried to use it again lately, but the problem later evolved to my headphones being unable to pair to new devices when the power switch was set to the Bluetooth connection position. (They were connected to my phone and laptop, but I disconnected it after it stopped working.) I looked around and the issue could be from a faulty power switch, but a) I don't know if it really is from it (my headphones are from 2018) and b) I don't know how feasible it would be for me to repair them myself or get someone else to do it.

The QC35IIs have seen me at my highest and lowest, and I'm saving my money for my college tuition right now. I'd hope that these would make it to at least 2027, but things aren't looking good if I can't get this issue resolved.

I couldn't find what it is called anywhere or anyone here addressing it.

I have it for some years and the battery's duration is reducing as it's expected from rechargeable batteries. It's not lasting enough hours to use it for work. I have several online meetings so I need to replace the internal battery to make it last at least 8h of continuous use.

The reduce volume button has broken off of my headphones and the increase volume button is also in danger of breaking off. While there is still a smaller button I can press inside what remains of the original button, it would be nice to not have the headphones be obviously broken.

I have problems when I use it with cable, I tested it with another cable and the problem is the same.
the issue is in the female connector (left side)
When I write to BOSE they offers a replacement, but at the end the price is the same as they are offering in Amazon (with Prime discount)
The headphone is brand new, I don't like to replace it for a new one,

Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II: QC35 II (Suddenly) Not Charging

My headphones will not charge. Wasn't a slow loss of capacity, there's just no LED when I connect USB. They discharged fully and now just a brief red LED when switched on.

Anyone else had this happen? Connector or battery?

Everything else works. I tried pairing it to other phones that didn’t help. I tried blowing it out with air compressor. The microphone worked for about 30 seconds. People say they can hear some background noise but not my voice.

I just replaced the battery to try and fix this problem. The Red and White LEDs are ON when the batteries are charged and it doesn’t matter if the power switch is ON or OFF.

When turned ON the headphones work normally.

Is a circuit schematic available? I am an electronic technician skilled in component level circuit board repair.
