Bose On-Ear headphones: The left ear is not giving audio

My left ear cup suddenly didn't give sound anymore, however, if I push the cup to my ear, the pressure that builds up makes it work again, but only when there is pressure applied to the earcup, Anny suggestions as to how to fix it?

My issue has been solved, the paper solution was temporary. I contacted them and they gave me a new pair right away :D

My BOSE headphones are about 3 years old. Sometimes the sound in the left ear stops working. If I mess with the connector cord, where it connects to the computer, then I can get the sound to work.

If I replace the headphones cable will that fix my problem?

Recently, my Bose OE headphones have been malfunctioning and have only been playing sound in the left ear. I am confident that the wire is not the problem, however, I am concerned about how I use these headphones. I tend to fall asleep to podcasts and whenever I do this I push down on either one side of the headphone. Now, I notice that if I push against the broken right ear headphone side, it plays the sound but only if the pressure is just right. Should I open up the broken right ear? Should I send it in for repair? Help is appreciated, thank you.

Hi,

I have a broken QuiteComfort 25 headphone speaker.

No voice at the left speaker.

It needs to be replaced.

However, I could not remove it. I was able to remove the cover the speaker itself does not move and come out.

Also do you know where to find a new speaker to replace the old one?

I was told that I need to disassemble one side of these headphones, in order to slide the new headband cushion on. I'm not quite sure how to go about doing this. Any help or instructions would be helpful.

This weekend I took my daughter to the park and picked up some sandwiches. My husband likes the french dip, so I bought one for him and (because I’m an idiot and I was juggling holding a toddler and her three stuffed animals) threw the take out bag into a tote bag where my bose on-ear headphones happened to be also. Unfortunately, some of the horribly smelly dipping sauce spilled onto the headphones. They still work, but if I wear them, my hair and face smells like a French dip sandwich and I’m understandably grumpy.

They make replacement covers for the ear cushions, but not the headband. Any thoughts as to how I can clean them? Can I take them apart? I don’t really want to break an expensive pair of headphones, but I’m desperate. We have a stupid white noise generator at work that makes me sleepy, and I usually wear these to drown it out, but not without smelling like an absurdly stinky sandwich I now hate.

They didn't have JLab studio pro headphones as an option so I chose this instead, so I have some jlab studio pro headphones and i think the problem is that I slept on the buttons so now something inside is broken and I'm wondering how I can safely take it apart

I have the Bose OE2i, it was forgotten for several years and was perfectly functional then few weeks ago I opened the case and it was not working at all and couldn’t find any repair guide or anything related to fixing this headphone off course because it’s quite old..Does any one know what could be the problem or where i could find a repair guide I would be very thankful, thanks
