Bose QuietComfort 15: My battery does not seem to be making contact inside the headphones

I purchased these about a year ago, so the warranty is out. Already checked for normal things like wires disconnected, and corrosion. I did a thorough cleaning with vinager and still nothing. Then I noticed when I put the battery in, and pushed down hard on the top, the green light came on. This worked a few times, and am wondering why it is doing that. Recently I had them sitting on a table, no drops or falls to cause something to be dislodged…

I can't find the lithium rechargeable battery on these headphones. Is it in the right or left ear piece. No info on Bose site. Runtime is down to 20 minutes

My left ear cup suddenly didn't give sound anymore, however, if I push the cup to my ear, the pressure that builds up makes it work again, but only when there is pressure applied to the earcup, Anny suggestions as to how to fix it?

My issue has been solved, the paper solution was temporary. I contacted them and they gave me a new pair right away :D

Bose QuietComfort 45: Startup sequence doesn't work (very irregular)

When I try to start my headphones, the power indicator just flashes very briefly and dimly. The NC activates for a little bit, but the startup sound doesn't play, and the NC sometimes shuts down again. When I toggle the power to the off position, the light flashes more brightly, and the bluetooth connection and shutdown sounds are played before turning off.

If I hold down the power switch when starting, it sometimes makes the indicator light stay on, and very occasionally do the headphones boot up (maybe every 20 tries or so), but sometimes they stop working again immediately.

I opened them up and checked for anything off, but I can't see any corrosion or any loose cables/connectors.

Why does my bose headphones have a popping sound/ static noise on the left side when it is powered on by Bluetooth?

I tried to use wired cable that both speaker were playing sound fine without powering on. I tried to power on with wired cable to heard a sound distorted sound on the left side speaker and right speaker was low volume.

Is this a power issue or hardware issue on my headphones? I tried resetting, and updating. I could not figure what’s wrong with my headphone.

Bose SoundSport: Adhesive / Glue needed for in-ear Bose Soundsport headphones

I have a pair of Bose Soundsport in-ear headphones. After a year or so, the rubber / silicone cover that protects the on/off button & usb charging port from sweat and water has come un-glued.

Where can I find replacement adhesive for this purpose? I need your help please.

I have it for some years and the battery's duration is reducing as it's expected from rechargeable batteries. It's not lasting enough hours to use it for work. I have several online meetings so I need to replace the internal battery to make it last at least 8h of continuous use.

Bose QC20: Losing sound as I adjust them.

They have a false contact as I try to adujst the size over my head. I have to open them up and check if the wire is cut or lose. The problem it's the band over the head seems like it is all glue together. Difficult to open with out cutting it.

My Bose QuietComfort 20i are visibly in perfect condition; the cable is good, the jack is clean, and the casing is in one piece. But recently, I started to hear a loud humming noise as soon as I enabled the active noise canceling. Like the sound of a record player when not grounded...

My bose qc35 has a light rattling noise on the left earcup, this happens when the headphone gets shaken slightly, like in the car on bumps or general vibrations, its not from the speakers themselves, as when i turn them off and test for that rattle, the same thing happens

I would like guidance to replace the earbud battery. The earbuds no longer have a light when they are removed from the case. I assume that this means that the earbud battery is dead? Could there be other causes for this?
