Bose Frames Alto: Bose Frames won’t take a charge

Frames won’t take a charge. Tried a new charging cable. Suspect the battery is bad, but no info anywhere on if/how it can be replaced. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thx!

Bose Frames Alto: Left speaker not working. What screwdriver size is needed for repair?

Left speaker stopped working suddenly. Looking at the teardown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEJEgTBp... it seems like the left side has a soldered connection, not a connector. I contacted support, but was wondering what screwdriver size would be needed to open it since it’s smaller than anything I’ve seen/own.
