bObi Robotic Vacuum: Why won't my bobi work for more than 2 seconds?

I got Bobi 2 years ago and have never used it. I opened it, charged it and it doesn't work. It will run for about 2 seconds and stop.

Bobsweep Bob Standard: Why is there a loud screeching sound every time my BobSweep turns on?

Every time Bob turns on, he makes a loud screeching sound. I removed dustbin and brushes and the sound persists. I’ve already had the motor replaced through warranty. What am I missing?

Bobsweep Bob Standard: Why is the rear of my bobsweep higher than the front?

I just noticed that my bobsweep won't dock with the charger, and on close inspection it looks like the rear where the two wheels are is higher than the front of the unit. What should I do to fix this?

I just got a used Bobsweep pet hair. When I switch it on it keeps going backwards, showing trouble Nr 06. I have followed all the instructions on the Internet including cleaning, running a test, etc. I knew that it doesn't auto dock. 06 is the bumper. But there is nothing stuck inside. It does not seem to be ‘clicking' on the right side.

The battery on my Bobi was failing to hold a charge, so I replaced it. Now, with the new battery installed, the charge is holding, but it takes almost a minute to turn on after toggling the On/Off switch! Any ideas what’s wrong or how to fix this?
