Has anyone got any idea on one what the part would be called?

Two how to replace it?

My experience is taking all sorts apart in the PC world just want to get all my information first before going ahead and taking it apart. I don't wish to break it further.

Somehow while the cable was inside, it got bumped around or yanked the wrong way, and now the USB socket is dislodged.

I’ve watched some Youtube videos about how to fix it, but I don’t have any soldering equipment. Do you have any suggestions on how I might fix this?
