BLU Vivo XL: Why wont my BLU Vivo XL charge?

Hello, my BLU vivo XL will not charge I have had it for just barely over 5 months and about 2-3 months ago I noticed that sometimes my phone wasn't wanting to charge when I would have it plugged up. I would have to maneuver it a lot in order to get it to start charging, and I assumed this was just an issues with the chargers. After my phone died today because it didn't want to charge I bought a third charger and it doesn't seem to be charging my phone either. Is this a typical problem with the Vivo XL? And what should I do?

Blu Vivo XL: Unable to hear during outgoing calls

After the latest update to my BLU XL2 I am now unable to hear during outgoing calls as well as any sound with the speaker during the calls or with Google assistant. My speakers work fine when watching video. Everything is fine when I receive a call.

Blu Vivo XL: How do you remove live demo mode

I purchased a few of these Vivo XL + from a wholesaler and they are all in Demo mode. The power button only works to turn on the phone or to make the screen turn back on after it times out. The phone is running a splash advertisement as if it was sitting in the store. Is there a way to remove this so the phone is just a phone?

This happens more when the phone is charging, but also happens sometimes when it is not....but the touchscreen seems possessed when I'm using it.

I would select one thing and I would feel the phone vibrate several times and it would eventually select something else above or below whatever I originally wanted to select. It happens on any website, while using any online or offline app, and on the home screen.

I've turned on the option to make my touches visible, and noticed that my phone detects three different touches in rapid fire secession (on the point I select, one inch above, and one inch below).

Any useful solutions would be greatly appreciated.

BLU Vivo XL2, no visible external damages, no screen cracks, all original manufacturer parts, no software mods.

Blu Vivo XL: How to fix water damage? Screen has lines thru out, HELP?

Did this ever get fixed? I have a Blu vivo xl3

and dropped in puddle of water. It was fine at first and I don't see that it opens ANYWHERE to dry it out. Tried rice for a couple days and it turns on and off registers my fingerprint but the screen is just green white and grey vertical lines. Am I out of luck?? Any help would be appreciated!

All of a sudden, my relatively new Blu Vivo XL won't charge. I've done 1 - 30sec hold 2 - Compressed air 3 - removed battery 4 - checked for glue...

Earlier, when plugged in, i tried to turn it on, and saw the battery charge graphic. Now, not even that..it won't turn on at all, and no charging/notification light either.

Any suggestions? Or am I just f***** ?

Blu Vivo XL: How to properly insert Micro SD card

OK ,lol...I am so frustrated. I recently purchased the Blue Vivio XL 2. I am only using one Sim card. My TMobile Sim fits fine and is recognized by the device. However,I purchased an SD card at Staples. I tried to figure out how to put the SD card in with the Sim. It is definitely the correct Sim card. The SD card the guy said would fit the phone best is made by PNY. It is the PNY16 GB Micro SD Class 4 Flash memory card. First of all,Is this guy right? Because no matter how hard I try I can not get the SD card in right. It tends to slip out of place when I am inserting the tray back into the phone. And my phone is not recognizing the SD card when I do as carefully as possible get it in. The guy at Staples said," You need to put the white outer border back on the Sim card before you insert it and then put in the Micro SD card" But with the border on the Sim card is too big to fit. . I believe this phone Sim card is a Nano Sim card. Is he right? Ok so now he has put it all back together for me. And when I go to my settings,advanced settings ,Storage and USB I still cannot transfer anything to my SD card????? Ughhh, do I need to change something in my settings? Help! I need the extra storage...??????

Blu Vivo XL: Phone won't turn on

My Blu Vivo XL phone's battery died and won't turn on. It has been plugged in but still nothing. I connected it to my laptop as a USB but all I can hear is the sound of a device connecting and disconnecting.

I attempted to hard factory reset it however, it made a small beeping/vibration sound and a white/greenish line flashed across the screen in the space of a second.

How can I fix this?

BLU Vivo XL: Can't change default storage from SD to Phone?

I have a BLU vivo XL, and I have a micro SD card into it to expand my storage, but it has been downloading everything onto that SD card and now its full, I still have space on my phone but it won't install anything to the phone, only the SD card...Please Help. I have taken the SD card out and then installed stuff and it worked. But I can't change the default storage.

Blu Vivo XL: BLU vivo XL3 plus touch screen not working and need replacing?

I have a BLU Vivo XL3 plus that I, sadly, dropped in water.

However, it is turning on and charging after two days of not using it and drying out, even putting in in a vacuum sealed bag to try and save it.

The screen is NOT responding to my touch, and I suspect it is from the water damage. I bought my phone and it doesn’t have any warranty… I have called to see if any shop can replace the screen for me and it’s either ridiculously expensive or they don’t know anything about my phone. I have searched the web on how to do it myself, since I am seriously scared to mess up on replacing the screen.

Any advice??

When I turn my phone on and off there is still a magenta tinge on my phone, also. If that is bad please let me know.

After the update I can't send or receive texts. I send the message and it goes away but never appears in the thread and the contact never received it. Also I can't receive any texts and the system ui and other apps have issues opening and running please help

ok at work last night my phone dropped to 15% no big deal. outside of work i made a few phone calls and then put it in the super mode or whatever it then died on my way home. i thought nothing of it and plugged it in. i found it weird that it wouldnt turn on after it had been on the charger for a half our so i was immediately frustrated, i then left it on the charger all night and it still is and it wont turn on. i am very annoyed because i need this phone to be working. so it is on the charger and wont turn on which is unsettling. if you have any idea whats going on please help....
