Blu Studio Selfie: Why does my phone go to optimizing apps when it comes on?

My phone sometimes goes off when the battery is below 10% and when i put it back on. it goes to Android is Starting, optimizing apps 1 of 125. i don't know what to do, it does this all the time, and because sometimes the battery is already low it'll go off again and continue where it left off. After the phone comes on, it'll stay for a few minutes, maybe five and go off again and start that whole process all over... I really need some help to solve this issue. I t would happen once a week but now its happening all the time. is it something i delete or uninstall? or install? Help Please!!!!!!!!

So I just bought the blu studio selfie 5.0 and I forgot my pin code and had no other option but to factory reset it and after doing so. I get this message " This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google account that was previously synced on this device" and I proceeded with entering the email that I thought was the one but come to find out it wasn't and I've tried everything and looked up everything and I still cant access my phone I need some help

Blu Studio Selfie: Messed up screen I need to know if it is the lcd or a chip

So I want to start recording games for YouTube but when I download any screen recorder onto my Blu Studio Selfie it says that the phone doesn't support recording. Is there a way I can record anyway?

Blu Studio Selfie: Lagging, Freezing, Dropping Call

My mom's phone screen freezes/lags. She has to press an icon a few times in order for it to start. When she clicks on an icon, it takes about 5-8 seconds on average for it to open up. In addition, random freezes causes her calls to drop. She has had the phone for 9 months and doesn't have any background apps outside of the factory default. She does only have 133 mb of storage left out of 8 gb, however.

Anyone have any suggestions or fixes outside of resetting to factory settings?

P.S. When I try to access camera or anything in the settings, I get sent to homescreen/desktop.

Blu Studio Selfie: Text Message counter not working.

I have a Blu Studio Touch (which was not listed on the drop down menu selections) and am receiving sound and visual notifications when a Text Message arrives, but the Message Counter on the icon does not show a message has been received and is waiting to be opened. Blu Products Customer Service could not solve.

There's no audio coming from my BLU Studio Selfie. I've tried resetting, checking my settings, taking out the battery. It's the only problem, no audio. Nothing seems to work.

Have two sim cards.

Wind and telus.

Issues

Only one can send and receive calls or texts from one sim card.

Data is only working with one sim card .

Any suggestions to fix this
