My phone fell down with the screen facing the floor and got cracked, the tactile still working but is really hard to see behind the cracked screen. How do I replace the screen?

Blu Studio HD 6.0: Why is my Blu Studio not charging?

Earlier today I tried charging my Blu Studio 6.0 on my computer using the charger cord. The phone was off as I did this.

After a few minutes, I tried turning on the phone. It turned on and I left it alone overnight. When I unplugged the cord from the computer the next morning and tried turning on the phone again. It didn't turn on.

I tried charging the phone using a wall outlet for an hour, and I got the same reaction. It would turn on when it was plugged in but would die when removed from a power source.

i sat down and it fell out of my pocket i had it for two months and the screen cracked at the top and i not bad but everything still pops up but the screen wont let me unlock it and it won even shut up.... can someone help

Hi There,

I used my phone last night, it worked fine.

Today I can place a call, hear the person on the other end - but they can't hear me.

I tried the voice recorder as well (also worked yesterday) won't work today.

I need help, this is super frustrating.

I've had this phone less then a month.

Hello.. I broke the LCD Screen on my Blu Studio HD 6.0 phone. I went ahead and ordered a replacement.. I never worked on this phone before, and there are no You Tube videos to show how to do it.. Is this an easy fix?

Blu Studio HD 6.0: PC don't recognize phone when using USB

My phone can charge only while connected to my PC, but the PC won't recognize the phone. I want to transfer files from my phone to my PC.

Does anyone know how to change the settings in this phone, so that it can charge as well as transfer files to PC's?

If so please give a step by step account. I am not tech savvy.

Blu Studio HD 6.0: update in progress, stuck in recovery mode

I was updating my phone via wireless connection. After the download was finished, it did the prompt to continue update now or later. I pressed now. I am now in recovery mode and I have no idea what to do. I did not turn on dev mode before doing the update.

Have not changed anything on my phone...it rang this morning and when I placed my headset into it it worked fine...later on during the day attempted to use my phone but could not get anyone to hear me when I responded to there calls...I could hear them, but they couldn't hear me????

Every time I take a picture then try to open it to look at it or send it it disappears. The only ones I can keep I have to save from mms. What is going on? I had a wireless update that fixed it for a day but now they are disappearing again. Please help. I love this phone and really don't want to have to replace it. Thanks

I suddenly cannot receive text messages. I can send but not receive any messages. I reset my phone and tried the APN settings but to no avail. Right now I have a sms messaging app for my phone. It's been 3months so far...help!

Blu Studio HD 6.0: Can not establish a reliable connection

After I downloaded a wireless update, I restored my phone because I keep getting a message " cant establish a reliable connection " when I am trying to sign into apps or google play store. My search internet engine works, my texting and calling works. I can connect to 4g and WiFi full bars.

My date and time is correct. Also I have tried to clear my caches n data under apps Please help!!! Its been three frustrating days.

My mic quit on my Studio 6 LTE. it now only works in speaker phone mode. Tried factory reset, turning off Google search, and third party apps. Nothing senses audio from the mic.

my phone barely keeps a charge to start with. ive only had this phone for 20 days and the charger isnt working anymore. I dont know if its the phone charger port or the charger itself. now my phone is on two %. is there any way to fix this. i need my phone so is there any way i could charg it without the charger until i get it fixed.
