Blu studio 5.5: Locked out of phone

My children changed the lock on my screen, now it has completely locked me out. I understand I need to do a factory reset, but I can't get in the phone to do it. What can I do?

Turned phone on and it comes on to the "BLU Bold like us screen." Goes off and continues to repeat the same thing over and over.

Blu Studio 5.5: Cannot turn mobile data on

My daughters cannot make any phone calls, nor can she text from her phone. The Mobile Date field is no longer highlighted. Any idea on how to fix that, or what causes that? We just got the phone 4 months ago:-(

Blu Studio 5.5: Battery and EarBud Sound

Hello. I've struggle using this product for the past two weeks. When I use this phone without the adapter for about two minutes it goes from one hundred to one percent in just under five minutes it completely dies. Ear Bud sound only come from one side. I've tried the same Ear Bud on a different phone and it works perfectly fine. What can you or I do at this point?

Blu Studio 5.5: Why can't I get out of safe mode?

I put my phone in safe mode to uninstall an app, and now I cannot shut it down to start it up the right way. I never get my Home screen, and have removed the battery several times as was suggested, but that doesn't work. Any ideas out there?
