my phone camera icon suddenly went missing, so i tried going to my "Gallery" and clicking on the camera icon at the top right corner, just to find that i could only use the front camera and the "switch camera" option is missing. i tried using other camera apps but only the front camera worked, HELP!

I dropped my phone and the top right has a small crack. then couple days later I tried charging it and it wouldn't charge. and then I took it to the store where I bought the phone and asked them why my phone won't charge. they took a look at it and told me my charging port broke. then they gave me a address and phone number for the onsite cell repair in Houston, TX. I tried calling them but I didn't get an answer. what do I do?

Hello, a few weeks ago my câmera just stopped working, I have searched to get a solution to my problem but, obvously, it didn't work.

I really don't know what made this happen to my camera cause I just take pics with it so there's no reason, I think...

Anyway, if someone help me I'll be really glad. :)

i get pop ups and apps download on there own the phone does not hold charge it over heats and because of the pop up i can't operate it and it reboots on its own

After my phone locks and I press the power button to light up the phone it does not respond but I can tell the phone is still on because when I press the buttons on the bottom of the phone the phone vibrates. What's causing it to not respond?

Stuck on bootloop after an offical update. Tried wiping user data but didn't work. Currently trying to flash the firmware as it may be the cause of the issue, but the usb slot doesn't work, so I need to do it from the sd card. Can anyone please provide instructions of how to fix this through using the sd card? I just need it to work.
