it has a virus that doesnt go away . Everytime I connect to the internet or put on data it downloads a bunch of stuff that makes the phone stop working and I cant use it all .

I have the Blu Life Play 2 and my phone won't turn on but when it does, the screen only response 50% of the time. How can I fix it or should I buy a new phone?

After my phone locks and I press the power button to light up the phone it does not respond but I can tell the phone is still on because when I press the buttons on the bottom of the phone the phone vibrates. What's causing it to not respond?

Stuck on bootloop after an offical update. Tried wiping user data but didn't work. Currently trying to flash the firmware as it may be the cause of the issue, but the usb slot doesn't work, so I need to do it from the sd card. Can anyone please provide instructions of how to fix this through using the sd card? I just need it to work.

i turn on the phone and it will go to recovery mode. when i put wipe all data, it will stay in recovery mode

Hello, a few weeks ago my câmera just stopped working, I have searched to get a solution to my problem but, obvously, it didn't work.

I really don't know what made this happen to my camera cause I just take pics with it so there's no reason, I think...

Anyway, if someone help me I'll be really glad. :)
