Blu Life One X (2016): BLU One Life X stuck in boot loop

Hi,

It looks like my BLU LIFE ONE X is stuck in a boot loop and I can't find a solution tailored to this phone. I would like to get into recovery mode as many sites suggest a cache swipe or reset, but I can't even get there.

I hold the buttons and on the top left corner is written

Recovery mode : Volume up

Factory reset: Volume down

When I click the up button the screen only goes black.

Also I can't remove the battery (inbuilt), on other phones it seems to be a part of the process to get to the Android recovery mode.

I had an iphone before and never such a problem. :(

Blu Life One X (2016): no ring on phone

I purchased my BLU Life One X 4G LTE on Amazon.ca in Sept./16 and it worked fine for approximately a month until a couple weeks ago. Suddenly, I do not know when someone is calling my BLU nor when I receive a text or email as there is no ring or vibrate. I went to settings and my volumes are up to maximum on all and vibrate is at on. Callers to my BLU hear ringing at their end on their phone assuming my BLU is ringing but it's not nor is it vibrating. I cannot find a fix anywhere to this problem. HELP !!!!

Blu Life One X (2016): Issues after updating from Lollipop to Marshmallow

Ever since the Marshmallow update/upgrade from Lollipop last week, I have had nothing but issues, from draining battery, ads, missing apps and having to uninstall/reinstall some for them to work correctly. Then last night while using an HEB Grocery app the phone shut off a couple of times, the third time it shut off completely and is dead. I have even taken the back off and unplugged the battery to no avail. Has anyone's phone completely crashed like this after the update? Anyone know how to get the phone working again?

Blu Life One X (2016): Wifi disconnects from my home network.

My Blu has recently disconnected from my home network. This was a random occurrence as nothing in my household has changed. No new hard/software, etc. When I try to connect, it signs in, connects for a moment and then gives me a "WiFi Connection Failure" message. No other device is having a problem. I have reset the router; unplugged and plugged back in...all the 'standard' fixes. Nothing has corrected the issue. I can, however, connect to my 'Guest WiFi' in my home, same modem/router. Why can I not connect to the secured WiFi in my house? It has been the same connection for over a year, and the phone had been connected the whole time as well.

Blu Life One X (2016): Will not turn on

Hello,

My phone seems to have trouble booting back up.

It ran out of battery last night right before I went to sleep, so I plugged it in. I get the charger indicator (so I know my wire is good) and it seems to be charging fine, however whenever the phone get even a slight charge it automatically starts to turn back on but the charge will stop while it tries to boot up and turns back off. I'm in this endless loop of my phone getting just enough charge to start booting up and then losing that charge and turning off. Is there anyway around this?

Thanks

So on certain games or apps, you can only continue if you watch a video. For me, this doesn't work. The screen turns black and I'm sent back to the games home screen.
