Blu L120: Why wont my phone turn on, from the blu power on screen?

My phone didnt start messing up like this until yesterday, my phone will not power on completely, it will power on to the blu screen but thats about it, i need help fixing it please! also let me add that my phone is cracked.

When i start my Blu L 120.It goes to the loading screen and freezes there.I have tried holding down the power button and the volume buttons while the phone was full charged.But when i do that the Blu products logo shows up then it restarts. That is all that happen,over and over again.Help please?

The Camera would no longer activate and displays "can't connect to Camera", "OK" on a blank(Black) background! Is this repairable? After some finagling it displayed a solid green screen, I got rid of the green screen and now it displays the aforementioned message and background. Have tried rebooting, turned off, waited and turned back on, removed and reinstalled the battery, all to no avail!
