<title><![CDATA[Blu Advance 5.0: Updated phone and now I can't unlock it]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I recently had an update on my phone, and it restarted after I allowed it to install. After finishing it asked me for my password to allow it to continue it's on process. But it doesn't take my password that I'm a hundred percent sure is correct.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Blu Advance 5.0: I can't answer my phone]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>For some reason whenever my phone rings, it won't give me the option of answering it.  If my phone is on but it's inactive (meaning it's in my pocket, turned on but not being used) and it rings, the screen stays off.  I'll hit the power button to turn on the screen and when I do that, it sends the call straight to voicemail.  If I am using my phone for something other than a phone call and it starts ringing, the screen that gives me the option to answer the call doesn't show up.  Does anyone have any ideas of what might be happening and what I could do to fix it?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Blu Advance 5.0: Why does my phone not recognize SanDisk dual micro usb stick?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a BLU Advance 5.0  that has very little space, so I wanted to use a micro usb stick to download music onto. I got the SanDisk Dual USB Drive 3.0 and my phone doesn't recognize it. It works when plugged into a PC and my phone recognizes chargers/other plug-in stuff. Is the USB stick just not compatible with my phone? What can I do to fix it?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Blu Advance 5.0: How do I turn on/off cellular data for Chrome?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I just got a Blu Advance 5.0. Switching over from iPhone. So, I'm just curious how I would turn on/off cellular for certain apps? Like, on iPhone, I would just go into settings-cellular-then just tap the button next to Safari, Photos, Facebook, whatever app, to let it use/not use my cell data. How do I do this on an android? Specifically Google Chrome. I don't like to use my data unless it's important, and I'd just rather have it turned off instead of leaving it on.  Thanks for any help</p>

<title><![CDATA[Blu Advance 5.0: Phone will not charge]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>My BLU Advanced 5.2 will not charge, I noticed this when I left it to charge at 44% and came back an hour later seeing it at 30%, The phone is dead now and I can't get into recovery mode because there is no battery power left. When I try, the recovery mode screen pops up for 1 second then the phone turns off again. I googled some ways to fix this and one of the ways was to take out the battery and put it back in, sadly my battery is unremovable. I know the problem isn't my charger because I tested it on my brother's phone and the charger works fine. I know it's not the wall outlet either because if that was the case my computer wouldn't be charging and I tried all the wall outlets in the house, and I get the same issue. Any solutions to this would be highly appreciated, Thank you. (specs for this phone found below)</strong></p>
