Magic Bullet NutriBullet: Why aren't the top and bottom wheels locking together?

Both top and bottom male/female wheels supposedly to lock for spinning, aren’t actually locking correctly hence smoke is produced, I would assume due to the friction of an imperfect lock. How to resolve? I’ve tried disassembling from the base but it just seems a hassle of a job considering that I’m not even sure I can find replacement wheels. It seems one of the wheels was consumed by the friction initiated with power on. Help!

Blendtec Total Blender: Is this repairable or is it time to move on?

Is this repairable or is it time to move on?

Should I attempt to repair or move on? Also, any suggestions on the Blendtec model I should purchase next?

Picked this one up in 2009/2010 from a neighbor…$150. My family of 8 has been using it ever since. Unreal!!

Recently (over the last 6-8 months) our blendtec started sounding loud-er as if it was metal on metal. I dismantled the entire unit today and discovered the following: (see photos). Assuming the bearings wore out causing the rotor /drive shaft /commutator segments to turn off axis leading to this grinding and the pitted effect? Thoughts? Suggestions? Comments?

Purchased this Blendtec Model: ES3 Serial #: 12222 up 14 years ago from a neighbor. I’m pretty sure it’s gameover for this machine.

Oster 12 Speed Classic Series Blender: One common failure of the original Oster blender

This is not a question, but a comment about one common failure in tbe 1980s. I found it in a workmate's blender who gave it to me to fix it. Then I found the same problem in my mother's own blender.

The symptom is basically that the blender motor does not operate. I opened tbe blender base and studied the wiring. I found the problem quickly. One of the solder points of the wire at the commutator contacts was open. Resoldering fixed the problem. So I believe that it was caused by some assembly employee doing a bad soldering job.

It has an issue that the computer board had a blue transistor or circular part wrapped with blue plastic, that was charred - It must have short circuited or something because there was some charring around it on the motherboard and it was obviously the issue. Question is: Who can I turn to to get this computer board fixed? I havent found anyone including Ninja that sells a replacement computer board so must need to get this fixed. Thanks for your help!
