Well, I also bought blackberry classic q20 last month but I have started experience the same problems of the phone overheat pretty much and yet I don't even use the phone a lot and I just use only caling and check the Internet in 30minutes but the phone overheat seriously. I went swimming and changed into my shorts after I got out without drying off.

My phone was in my pocket so it was exposed to damp material but never got wet or in the water but later when I tried to use it the screen stayed black and wouldn't turn back on. Im wondering if it can be repaired?

The phone is pretty much brand new to me. I did accidentally dropped the phone on a ceramic tile floor. Landed on back side. I can use ear buds and volume and quality sounds fine. Its a shame not a scratch but may have somehow jarred the speaker connector loose inside the Classic.
