I've tried multiple fixes. I've taken the battery out and put it back in. I've tried different chargers. I even went as far as using someone elses battery in its place. All in all, the phone refuses to turn on or charge. Any other options??

SIM card is not recognized and it looks that 1 or 2 pins on the SIM card tray are damaged or broken . Can this be repaired or replaced or all motherboard has to be changed . And where an you buy spare parts for Z10

Internal camera not focusing. Two thread size purple haze across image on rear facing camera. Unable to focus. Front camera clear. Phone dropped often. No lense damage visible. No cracks visible. Purple haze looks like internal cracks?

Hello

This is my first post here. Great site! Glad I found it...

Im faced with a dilemma here... I have a BB Z10 that has crashed and is "Frozen" in the boot cycle. I have 6 months worth of memories/photos of my kids that I stupidly didn't back up. The 7 hours (no lie) that Ive spent scouring the web today desperately seeking a way to retrieve the photos off the phone have all been dead ends. Im told that I have to basically reset the phone and restore it to factory settings which will cause me to lose all my photos and videos. Im wondering if the NAND flash (which I assume is where the photos are stored) can be removed (by a skilled tech) and placed into another BBZ10 so that they can be accessed/retrieved? I know it may sound silly but Im desperate and I really am hoping I can rescue the photos and videos from the phone... Anyone have any advice or insight on this matter? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mark.

On a side note, if anyone knows of any means or has suggestions for retrieving the files/photos off the phone without having to tear it down/open it up that would be great! Thanks again...

My blackberry z10 running on 10.3.2 OS freezes while using sometimes

The display fades into a BLACK screen (Doesn't turn off)

After using an autoloader it works nicely for a couple of weeks and the problem appears again

Having faith on Blackberry hardware i guess it's a software problem

It's fine before 8months and one fine I put my BlackBerry z10 in pocket and travelling to work place and in between the phone is saying technical problem and losing signal and I thought some error and restarted the phone and I got signal and lost again in 5 minutes and I surprising that all the pins in the sim tray are perfect and by seeing some tips I rubbed the sim glod part and put back I got signal for 30min and lost it said first technical problem and second time sim not detected and I am getting a message as device is network locked and contact service administrator. BlackBerry Z10: Why won't my blackberry z10 charge or turn on

I was on my way home from the airport yesterday and my Blackberry Z10 died at 20% which would normally last me at least an hour. I got home hoping that once its plugged in it will turn back on but nothing happened no orange or red LED to show signs of charging or booting. I thought maybe it was completely drained so I left it for two hours but still nothing. I used different chargers nothing, I then used my own charger on other phones they worked with it perfectly. Does anyone know any possible problem and solution or how it could be fix !?!?!?

Phone fell into water. Depth less than 6" and not for more than a second. It initially powered back up but once turned off would not come back.
