SIM card is not recognized and it looks that 1 or 2 pins on the SIM card tray are damaged or broken . Can this be repaired or replaced or all motherboard has to be changed . And where an you buy spare parts for Z10

I pressed an image in social media to download it. A 'thumbnail' of the image appeared in the centre of the screen and stayed there.

At the same time, the touchscreen stopped responding. None of the icons (including the 'phone icon) work and I am unable to switch off the phone or reboot it.

I can't make calls and don't know whether I can answer them when received.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

As of two days ago, my Blackberry has been in a constant reboot loop. Not sure why. There were no recent updates or any sort of recent download that could have affected it. Is there a way to stop the loop? I've taken it to a repair shop, they took it apart, installed a new battery and frame, and it still is in reboot loop.

I've tried multiple fixes. I've taken the battery out and put it back in. I've tried different chargers. I even went as far as using someone elses battery in its place. All in all, the phone refuses to turn on or charge. Any other options??

My BB Leap is non-responsive. Touch screen, on button and and all other buttons don't work. When plugging in the charging cable, the screen goes on and shows it's still on and does still charge but nothing is working. Holding down the on button to do a hard reset doesn't work either. No incoming calls or messages.

During a screen replacement, the “male” part of this blue cable (i think it’s the antenna) did break off the mainboard (slot 2) and is is now “stuck” inside the cable.

How can I replace the “male” part on the mainboard? Do I have to solder? Because I’m not that experienced in solder tiny things so I’m kind of afraid to break even more.

The local smartphone doctor would charge me $70 for a repair - is that a fair price or way too much?

It was a network fault so i restored it an then it just power on and prompe to connect to network or Wi-Fi, even if it connects to these it didn't complete powering on

Voice recording voice notes are missing- help needed.

Tried to transfer the bb torch voice notes of my mother father who are no longer living … and I really need their recordings ….and many other important things that go back many years - very important info needed to be RECOVERED - they disappeared when I thought they were transferring to a Kingston micro sd card - can’t find the voice notes any where - I really need someone to help with this.
