BlackBerry Passport: Security wipe stuck on 97% from 3 days.

It's been more than 30 hours and security wipe on my blackberry passport is still in progress. Initially it was going nice and smooth but after 90% it got really slow.From last 4 hours it's stuck on 98%.

BlackBerry Passport: Why my BlackBerry camera won't focus?

My Blackberry passport back camera won't focus. Everything seems to be working fine when I press and hold the screen with my finger the phone acts like it's both focusing and adjusting brightness but what my camera really does is only brightness adjustment. The picture stays blurry no matter what I do and how far/close am I to the object . After a second or two the square turns green and it's ready to take a shot. After I take a picture the image is blurry. I tried to play around with all the options on and off, did the soft and hard reset (factory settings). I even reinstalled the BB system via BB Link - nothing changed. I read on the internet that it's a common issue with BB Passport and that if the software reinstallment doesn't help, hardware should be replaced. I got my BB from Canada as a gift but I live in Europe plus my warranty expired therefore I'm planing to get a spare camera and replace it. What do you think? Do you guys maybe have some better ideas?

BlackBerry Passport: I cannot power on my blackberry passport

I have been using my blackberry passport for more than a year now. I was charging my phone and left for bed. Upon arrival at charging spot, my phone was off, I have been trying to power it on ever since then to no avail. There is even no led indicator for charging as it's switched off when I try to charge.

Any possible resolution/cause of fault?

I charged my passport over night, had some cable errors the night before. Woke up and can't get no lights on, no light when charging.... can't hook up to computer. Tried holding power for a min etc.... thanks

I'm pretty sure I have to send it away ... if so where is best bet ? thanks (Canada)

the design of the passport makes camera direct contact to the surface where heavy scratches are now showing up is there any replacement for that part alone. Now my camera is not focusing properly due to the scratches on the back. please help me in solving this issue

BlackBerry Passport: How do I get past the Finalizing Device Setup screen?

I turned my passport off the other day to avoid it ringing during a movie. Since I turned it back on two days ago, it has been in a loop where I get the 'Finalizing device setup' screen. It get to 100% and then restarts the whole thing over again. Have tried soft start from the power button, soft start from the volume toggle keys and most recently have removed and reinstalled the battery. Each re-set starts the pattern all over again. Help :-)

My blackberry passport fell inside water. i picked it and dried it and it worked for about a week till it suddenly went off and won't power up again.

I've taken it to the repair and i'm told i need to change the panel which is unavailable in the Nigerian market. please where can i get the panel. also will it be possible to fix this phone

I dropped my phone in water it was submerged at least 30 min. I have had it in dry rice for a week. I plugged in to charge and the red light is on and has not changed for several hours . Is the phone repairable?
