Can someone please help me? Idk if the phone got wet but the whole keyboard doesn't work ...whatever i press comes up as the letter "b" and no other buttons are responsive , my track-pad doesn't work either ..i want to know if i change the track pad if this would help with the keyboard and i would like to know how to fix this problem ? is it possibly a software problem ? or a hardware problem?

hello, i have had my blackberry for ages now, one day it was working fine and then i plugged it in to charge and it didnt respond. so i thought it was the charger so used my usb and it still didnt charge. the charger was really loose inside the phone so i took it out and the part where the charger goes inside the phone came out with the end of the charger. so i took it apart and then saw that the part where the charger bit inside the phone has snapped off the circuit board. i dont know how to fix it without buying a new phone or a new circuit board. help please.

with original sim card or any other sim card there is an x on the signal bar, so i am presuming that the signal receiver is broken. i have opened up the backberry and im looking at the chasis or the motherboard. Where is the signal receiver and what does it look like?

So the trackpad on my blackberry goes from not working at all to working just fine and the keypad does the same thing. The lock screen button on the top of the phone has also become hypersensitive and responds to the slightest touch, making my phone go crazy. This is the second blackberry I've had and after a couple of years, blackberrys just seem to break down; any advice?

If this is board level fault, what parts can I try changing?

If it cant be fixed is there any way to backup data without using bb link as it requires bb id to be signed into the device (which it isn't) -

i turn it on my device and it only appears a white total screen . i just sent it to get checked and they told me that was the lcd screen that was damaged by water.
