Big Wheel: Steering column is stiff

I recently put together a kids big wheel and the steering column is very stiff and will hardly turn. Obviously this isn't something that is adjustable given the set up, but I need simple solution so my three year can steer it. Thanks!

I got my Grandson a big wheel but I don't know how to make the handle bars connect and stay on. It's the Big Wheel Tricycle. I got it put together but the handle bars weren't connected and falling off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would just order a new one, but am unable to find the part so I was going to epoxy it, but wanted to see if anyone else had this issue.

How do u take the steering column off? We put it together and the instructions were very in helpful. So we put it together with out all the pieces attached and can't get it back off.

Just bought a Big Wheel for my grandson and on the first day one of the pedals fell off, the next day the other did. Is there a way to get it fixed so that it will not fall off. The washer systems seems to suck.
