Recently I discovered that the screw that acts as a cap for the suspension oil chamber is loose and leaking, and since I bought the shock secondhand I'm pretty sure the previous owner did not tighten it properly. Right now I need to add more suspension oil but every guide I see online requires complete disassembly of the shock with a lot of tools required. I personally do NOT have the skill or the tools, so I'm wondering whether I can add suspension oil without taking it apart. That screw have to be unscrew-able for a reason...

Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance!

I purchased this qi cycle on 2019. So far, it was running fine. I usually charge it when the battery level goes below 40%. Yesterday, I put it in charge as battery level went down to 37%, the charging adapter light was green and then there was a click sound and it remains green.

While checking the solution in this group, I found that suggested solution is to either repeatedly plug and unplug to charging or run the front wheel in reverse mode without turning on the cycle. I did both last night and today morning, i found rest 37% is also gone.

Now if I put the adapter on, the while lights in the cycle keep blinking and the light in adapter stay green even after click sound.

Note: Due to rainy season, I didn't ride on this cycle and charging it after a month.

I couldn't find any service center in bangladesh. Can anyone please help?

· Battery won't charge anymore, The charger light stay green.

· monitor won't start

· Battery led blink 10 times only when i pushed the button when the charger is plugged.

· I tried the trick by reversing the front wheel, but the charger light still stay green

Then

· I've managed to dismount the battery and charge it to a benchtop power supply at the maximum it can do : 30v and 1.5a ( limits of the benchtop )

· Battery giving me 19v before charging (Black & white wire ) and 21v (black and Red wire)

Results

Still impossible to charge the battery ( voltage is too low i think ) but i'll try again to reverse the front wheel with an Electric drill.

Actually there is still all the led blinking 10 times when and without Charger this time.

Do you think there is any hope to revive the bloc? There is any chance that the BMS is broken due to a direct charge ?

Maybe should i charge each battery individually ?

I remember having exactly the same behavior when I first lit it, the day I unpacked it. I thought it was not working, then after several ignition, it started to work correctly. And for some time I have this problem

I disassembled the tork sensor, but I did not find anything suspicious ... Strangely, in the middle of a very steep hill, the assistance started working again, that's what leads me to think that it is is the tork sensor that is causing concern ... But this is the last time that the engine started working except for 10s when the bike was switched on ...

Has anyone already had the same problem?

I don't know what to do anymore, I only had problems with this bike, and in the end I hardly ever used it ... How sad to have invested for nothing ...
