BenQ zowie xl2540: Monitor has no picture clicking sound with led light cycling stuck

Hi I have an issue with a BenQ zowie xl 2540. I replaced some blown parts on the smps that popped on the back of the monitor but I think the clicking was the original problem it’s coming from the interface board it’s sending a solid 12v to it but idk what to do next
