Beats Studio Pro: How do I get my Beats Studio pro to charge again

I have had a pair of beat studio pros for a couple of months now. I would say I have taken good care of them. Recently though, they have not been able to charge properly. When I plug them in, they flash like they are charging but the lights never change no matter how long I leave them. Also, when I check on my phone if they are charging it says that they aren’t. The charging symbol only appears for a second when I plug them in. I have tried so many troubleshooting methods like factory resets, trying new cables and outlets, holding the power and play button for two minutes, and cleaning out the charging port. These were a gift to me and I’m not too keen on just tossing them so any help is appreciated, thank you!

Beats Studio Pro: Left Speaker Emits Static when ANC on

I have a pair of Beats Studio Pro over the ear headphones. When the ANC is on, the left speaker emits constant static. It gets drowned out when music is playing, but if I'm listening to something like a podcast it is impossibly loud. When the ANC is off, the static goes away. I'm thinking it has to do with how the ANC microphones loop back, but I haven't had a chance to break them open and check the connections. Has anyone else had this problem?
