Beats Studio 3: Left ear cup pulling away

I have a pair of Beats Studio3's and the left hinge of the headband bows out the opposite direction making it so that the left ear cup doesn't even sit on my ear.

Instead of the device making a large "C" shape it makes half of an "Ω"

I've tried tightening the two screws on the headband retainer clip, but it's fully snug.

What do I even replace to get this to work again? These headphones, while old, are too nice (and expensive) to throw away or replace.

I was trying to fold my beats headphones to store them in their case but the part that actually fold the headphones in completely snapped, now the left end is dangling and I’m terrified to do anything to damage it further? Should I take this in professionally or simply try to snap them back into place?

m’y headphones have always done this, but it’s been getting worse, like when the car door gets slammed the music cuts out, or when the driver has the one window open they glitch like crazy. thought it was because of the pressure change but can’t find anything on that?

When I listen to my music my left speaker screeches on certain notes. At first I thought it was because they were too loud but I lowered it and it still does it. I’ve tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it and turning off noise cancellation. It still screeches. Please help I really need these headphones to work again.

Audio is constantly skipping, and changing volume on my pair of beats studio 3.

I have reset the headphones, forgotten the Bluetooth device, restarted my phone, tested a different app for music, and have tested on a Bluetooth speaker.

The issue is only when I connect to the beats studio 3.

I am using:

Samsung Galaxy Z fold 4 on Android 12

Beats Studio 3 firmware version 2.4.4

Spotify, and YouTube for source

Beats Studio 3: Red led doesn't go even device is closed

I bought studio3 yesterday it came with nearly %85 battery while i was using it red led lighted i tought battery is low and pluged it to cable to charge after like 20 minutes 5 white leds are lighted i checked it from app too %100 percent battery charge but still red led is lighted even i turned my beats off. Left it like that at night in the morning red led was gone but when i turned it on it came back.

When i look for battery percentage by clicking the button at right cup both red and white leds light.

I don't know what does that red led means.

I searched it everywhere but couldn't find anywhere
