Beats Solo 4: My beats will not charge even after I try multiple cables and outlets

when I try plugging my beats into a wall socket or my computer the light continues to stay red and my phone is telling me they are just sitting on, I have tried multiple different USB C ports and the correct bock's for them but they have not worked, also my manual says that the light should turn red when charging but the light color haven't changed during my testing.

ps. my beats are less than one (1) year old

My solo 4s are not staying on very long at all but they say they’re fully charged. Why are they dying within 10 minutes?

I've had them for a little over a year, and suddenly they stopped working. I can charge them, and the light glows but they won't actually turn on. Is there any way I can fix this or do I just have to get new headphones?
