Beats Solo 3: Why wont my Beats turn on?

I noticed that when I tilted my head to a certain angle while listening to something the left ear would stop playing sound, eventually the headphones just turned off. I thought the battery just ran out but when I plugged it in (to my computers usb port) it had 3/5 battery indicators lit up, but it still wouldn't turn on. My computer gave me a notification saying the device malfunctioned and it couldn't recognize it.

I've tried holding the power button for 10 seconds and holding both the power button and the pause button for 2 minutes, neither worked.

I downloaded the beats updater but that says they're perfectly fine. Is there any way to reset them or fix this in another way (other than holding the power button and pause button)?

EDIT: They work fine when plugged in with an aux cable.

The adjustable band on the right side of my Beats solo3 wireless headphones won’t slide back up. It seems to have overextended and could be caught on something? The audio and Bluetooth connection still works perfectly, just can’t get the side to slide back into place. Any ideas on what I can do to fix it??

Beats Solo 3: Why isn't my beats wireless solo 3 not charging?

my beats are on 37% so they're still working ok on bluetooth. however, i tried charging them and they won't charge (no lights, nothing). i tried resetting them about twenty times (pressing on the power button and the mute simultaneously for a 10 seconds up to 2 mins). the lights would flash for a few moments, signaling that they are reset, but it still won't charge. i'm afraid my battery runs out within the next couple of days and i won't be able to charge them. please help! i've only had these for about a month now.
