Beats Pro: How to repair leather tears in Beats Pro headband?

I own a pair of Beats Pros and the leather around the top and sides of the headband is starting to peel off. It's the same material as the ear cushion, which I can replace online if I need to. I can't find a replacement headband for the pros, however, and I don't know how to fix the tears by myself.
