My company was recently throwing away a Beats Pill+ that has been "flashed". They told me I could have the speaker if I wanted because it was going in the trash anyway. The flashed Pill has been reprogrammed to only work with an aux cable and when it is plugged in. The Bluetooth and charging capabilities have been disabled. This was done in case someone stole it during our expo they wouldn't be able to sell it. Is there anyway for this "flashed" Pill+ to be reverted back to factory settings? Thanks.

I have a BEATS PILL XL - I see it is missing the black rubber flap that covers USB/connectors on top of unit which has serial # on the underside of the flap that I need in order to return unit for recall refund. Ugh!! Can someone help? Can I get areplacement flap? Is serial # anywhere else on the unit? I no longer have the box.

Beats Pill XL: 7.4v battery instead of 7.2

Hi, so I recently decided to fix my old Beats Pill XL for fun. The batteries wont hold a charge and I'm looking to replace them. The only issue I'm having is that most replacements I've found are 7.4v instead of the 7.2v batteries. I did find some 7.2v batteries but they're unavailable or shipping is very expensive. I was wondering if anyone knows if I could just put in a 7.4v one and not kill the speaker. (I am aware of the recall)

My Beats pill XL goes dead when I insert to 12v D.C. Charger to wall. I opened it up and unplug motherboard components and then it turns on right away?

If I reinsert 12v D.C. To wall and charge goes dead again? Need help? Mother board or batteries creating short circuit.

Beats Pill XL: Pill turns on but "b" keeps pulsing red.

I have a Beats Pill XL that has been working fine for almost a year now and it suddenly just stopped working. It still turns on and charges but whenever its on, all it does it the "b" button pulses red. Tried resetting by pressing power+b and it still does the same thing. Tried plugging into my pc and it doesn't even show up. Please Help
