my beats pill 1.0 was working yesterday, i plugged the charger on it , when i removed the charger it doesnt turn on and the charger usb is lighting red even the charge is not plugged on it

My beats pill does not charge via charge, Joint point is always red. When i put beats to charge it is also red. It does not switch on at all. I tried push power and B at the same time, it didn't help as well. There are any solutions?

I got a first generation BeatsPill from my brother. When I turn it on the ‘b’ stays lit for only a few seconds. I press the WiFi button in the back, but see no Bluetooth name show up on my phone. I pressed the ‘b’ to reset as I read from another article but still nothing comes up. I assume it’s fully charged, because it’s been charging in for seven hours.

I bought a brand new Beats pill in the Box I played it the first night it played fine the second day I charged it a bit and then the left side speaker started crackling now the whole unit plays in pairs but at a very low volume can anyone please help

I dropped my Beats pil in the water and I dried it off. It worked the rest of the day and then the next day it would not work. I charge it and the power light doesn't light up nor does it seem to charge.

Hello! So i got this Beats pill 1.0 for an year now and some time ago the battery crashed or something and it worked only why it was plugged to a external battery or any other power sources. I went on a trip and i dropped the pill from like 1 m by accident. Now the pill doesn't work if i connect it to any kind of power source. Is it the battery or what else could it be ? Please help. My beats pill won’t connect by any means via Bluetooth to any device. The white Bluetooth light doesn’t turn on and the b button doesn’t flash when held. Anyone know how to fix this?
