my beats pill 1.0 was working yesterday, i plugged the charger on it , when i removed the charger it doesnt turn on and the charger usb is lighting red even the charge is not plugged on it

When I plug my charger in the first light blinks white 3-4 times then stops then I go to turn it on and it blinks red 3 times and then nothing else happened. I’m confused and don’t know that to do now.

Beats Pill XL: Flashed Beats Pill Plus

My company was recently throwing away a Beats Pill+ that has been "flashed". They told me I could have the speaker if I wanted because it was going in the trash anyway. The flashed Pill has been reprogrammed to only work with an aux cable and when it is plugged in. The Bluetooth and charging capabilities have been disabled. This was done in case someone stole it during our expo they wouldn't be able to sell it. Is there anyway for this "flashed" Pill+ to be reverted back to factory settings? Thanks.

My beats pill does not charge via charge, Joint point is always red. When i put beats to charge it is also red. It does not switch on at all. I tried push power and B at the same time, it didn't help as well. There are any solutions?

Not sure if anyone can help me but I have attempted my first ever soldering after buying all the stuff required but I have an issue and hopefully someone can help .

I have a dr Dre beats pill plus that has a damaged lightning charger . I purchased the part from America and have managed to remove the old one and was quite chuffed with myself till I noticed under the scope that one of the traces are still attached to the old charging port . My question is can I leave it and re solder the new one on or do I have to reattach or repair the trace?

I have attached photos if someone can help . The one I’m referring to is the light blue background where you can see the missing trace on the left hand side of the pins

It will charge if I plug the charger in a certain way, but it won't stay charged, it will disconnect because the charger moved or something. I've tried multiple chargers but unfortunately I think it's something wrong with the Pill itself.

beats pill xl: black beats pill xl - missing rubber flap

I have a BEATS PILL XL - I see it is missing the black rubber flap that covers USB/connectors on top of unit which has serial # on the underside of the flap that I need in order to return unit for recall refund. Ugh!! Can someone help? Can I get areplacement flap? Is serial # anywhere else on the unit? I no longer have the box.
