My left side joystick isnt working properly. Its like its loose. How do i fix this?

Backbone One: Won’t work unless fully extended

The D-pad doesn’t work, the left thumb stick acts like it’s always pulled fully down and to the right plus the left bumper won’t work and the left trigger acts like it’s fully pulled all the time. All of this stops when extended fully. What’s the most likely culprit for this?

Where can I get parts for this? specifically looking for the face buttons and the phone connector. On that note, can the lighting phone wire be swapped out for the usb-c phone wire? basically can I convert my iPhone Backbone to an Android Backbone by swapping the wire?

Backbone One: A bug(living creature kind) got in my backbone

My left trigger and joy stick started acting funny, like they were constantly being pressed. Decided to pop it open to see if there was any obvious problem. Nothing seems broken, but there was an actual insect inside.

If you open up the sides and put the controller face up, there is a little square ish piece of tape(?) inside the back half near the top. I'm assuming it's a little bit of padding to reduce noise from releasing the trigger. The insect was underneath that. It's big enough you can see it's bent and squished from the trigger hitting it. I'm guessing this kept the trigger slightly pressed. I got the insect out, but my left trigger won't work now. Any suggestions?

Backbone One: Audio issue with jack port

I have bought the controller and I have a problem and it is that when I connect a headphone to the jack, the sound is just noise, however if I connect the phone using a USB C to USB C cable in the second port of the controller, the sound is fine.

What could be the problem?
