I need help. I need to fix my Baby Lock Ellegante 2 Computerized Embroidery machine

It's expensive so it fits right in here and I want to do the repair myself but I need your expertise to do it.

Please help me by showing me how to get to the mechanisms inside I am afraid to do it alone.

The web site offered a 268 page pdf but really did not get to the problen it was basically just a manual the problem I am have ing is with the hook timeing mechinism

When I turn on my machine, the message that always comes up and I must press OK to move on will not respond to me pressing it. Nor will anything else. But when I turn the round thing on side manually to adjust the needle I can then use the buttons on the front of the machine just not the ones on the computer.

I removed the screws on the top of machine but couldn't see how to get the handle out. It slips into pins but need to know what needs unscrewed to get handle off so I can put the new on. Please help. Thanks.
